Refund Policy - Software Licences
Products with Trial Version
For products that are available for trial, please use the trial version to ensure that the software meets your requirements before purchasing a license.
Once the license keys have been sent by email, refunds will not be issued, except in rare circumstances such as transactions involving fraudulent purchases.
Products without Trial Version
For products that are not available for trial, a refund is available within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us at [email protected] if you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to request a refund. Refunds requested more than 14 days after the date of purchase will not be issued unless the transaction was subject to a fraudulent purchase.
The refund amount will be the net amount that we have received after deduction of processing charges by payment gateways. For example, PayPal and Stripe charge a payment processing fee that is retained by them in case of a refund. This is roughly 4% of the transaction amount. The remaining amount will be refunded as shown in the example below.
Refunds will be made to the same Debit Card, Credit Card, or Bank Account that was used for making the payment (via PayPal, Stripe, etc).
Refunds via PayPal and Stripe may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account. Upon receiving the refund you shall destroy all copies of the product keys of the software for which you no longer possess a valid, purchased license. We reserve the right to disable product keys issued to you for refunded products.
A software product can be refunded only once. If the same product is purchased again after claiming a refund, then any subsequent request for a refund will not be entertained.
Refund Policy - Tips & Donations
Any tips or donations made to this website are non-refundable.
For Linux distributions, a nominal fee may be charged to cover the costs of hosting the ISO file downloads. Any fee charged for downloading a Linux distribution is not eligible for a refund.
Delivery & Fulfillment Policy

Order Confirmation: Upon successful completion of your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email within 5 minutes. This email will contain a summary of your order.

License Keys: If your purchase includes a license key, it will be sent by email within 10 minutes of order confirmation. This is a separate email that is sent after the order confirmation email.

Delivery Time: The license keys are sent by email usually within 10 minutes of order confirmation. In rare cases, due to technical issues, delivery may be delayed. If you do not receive your digital product within 24 hours, please contact our customer support team at [email protected].

Lost Keys: For security reasons, license keys and installation steps are sent by email to the email address provided at the time of purchase. This information will not be displayed in your order summary, account information, or account dashboard. If you have lost the license keys to any software purchased on this website, please contact our customer support team at [email protected].
