Appy v25.03 is now available with some improvements.
What’s New
Faster Refresh
The code for refreshing the list of available packages (Snap and Flatpak) has been rewritten to improve performance. Previously it took a few seconds for the list to populate when the app is started the first time. The list will now populate instantly.
Apt Repo Browser
The repo browser will now display an icon to indicate if a particular package was installed from the repo.
Clicking the Install button will install the selected package from the repo. This is useful for downgrading packages, or installing a specific version of a package from a specific repo. You can hold/freeze the package to keep it at the same version.
